LiitoGo currently offers three international shipping methods:
- Commercial Express Couriers
- Priority Global Line Shipping (Default)
- Sea Freight (Mainly for bulk / B2B orders)
The estimated delivery times listed below are average transit times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes), customs inspections, strikes, wars, or unexpected logistics incidents. In such cases, we will make every effort to follow up with the carrier and keep you informed. Delivery time may be extended depending on the actual situation.
PO Box addresses are not accepted for any shipping method.
For products that are pure lithium batteries or include battery power functions, if commercial express carriers (UPS / DHL / FedEx / etc.) cannot ship your package due to airline or safety restrictions, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method. This may take longer. Battery products may be shipped together with flashlights or packed separately with compliant packaging, but all original product boxes and accessories will always be included.

If the shipping address you submitted is incorrect and results in failed delivery, re-delivery fees may apply where local policies permit.
Option 1: Commercial Express Courier
Carriers: UPS / DHL / FedEx / SF Express / Aramex, etc.
Shipping fees are calculated based on current courier rates and may involve customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days, depending on destination.
Includes full tracking and delivery confirmation.
Important Notes:
- If import duties apply and the recipient refuses to pay them, the package may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, return freight charges will be deducted from the refund (please note that return shipping for lithium battery goods is often very expensive).
- Some remote locations may incur an additional surcharge. If your address falls into this category, shipping may be delayed while we confirm the most suitable carrier, or we will contact you to confirm the additional fee.
We will always confirm the final total shipping cost with you before dispatching via Commercial Express.
Option 2: Priority Global Line Shipping (Default)
Free Shipping for orders over USD $50
For orders below USD $50, a flat shipping fee of USD $15 will be applied.
Most destinations are tax-included (DDP). A few regions may require you to pay import duties — these are noted below.

Option 3: Sea Freight (Bulk / B2B / Large Weight Orders)
The most economical method, best suited for large quantity or wholesale orders.
Transit time is significantly longer.
We will provide detailed quotations, including estimated customs/import fees, before shipment.
Tracking
All Priority Global Line and Express shipments include tracking numbers.
You may check your shipment progress on the tracking website link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to appear.
Payment
All LiitoGo product prices are listed in USD.
Currently accepted payment method: PayPal (including PayPal-supported credit and debit cards).
Order Confirmation
- After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
- Once your package ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification Email with tracking information.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China, unless otherwise indicated.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
During major Chinese holidays, order processing may be slightly delayed — we will notify you promptly, and you may choose to wait or request a full refund.
Packaging
All products sold by LiitoGo are 100% genuine and include original manufacturer retail packaging.
Customs agencies may open packages for inspection — therefore, we cannot guarantee the outer packaging will arrive fully sealed.
For pure battery shipments requiring special compliance packaging, retail boxes may be packed separately — but will always be included in your shipment.
