1. Return Eligibility
To ensure product quality and safe handling, we allow a 7-day return period starting from the date you receive the item.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included and in good condition.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or incomplete packaging cannot be returned.
Returns requested outside the 7-day period will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Do not use the product and keep the packaging intact while the exchange is being processed.
4. Warranty Claims
If the product does not function properly during its warranty period and is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing issues, it may be returned for repair or replacement.
- After repair, LiitoGo will cover the return shipping cost back to you.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending the product back for inspection.
Warranty processing is only available for:
- Product defects not caused by user damage or misuse.
- Items purchased directly from LiitoGo.com or authorized LiitoGo channels.
5. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product:

- Do not use the product
- Keep all packaging and accessories intact
LiitoGo will:
- Cover all return shipping costs, and
- Send the correct product to you as soon as possible.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a wrong item shipment or a verified product defect, the customer is responsible for:
- The return shipping cost
- Any customs duties, taxes, or related charges associated with the return
Unpaid costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
7. Refund Conditions
You may receive a refund under the following circumstances:
- Returned items confirmed eligible under this policy
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Other agreed cases reviewed by LiitoGo
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

- Currency exchange rate fluctuations may cause slight differences in refund amount. LiitoGo is not responsible for exchange rate differences.
- If your bank or payment provider charges transaction fees, LiitoGo is not responsible for these fees.
8. Warranty Period

This warranty applies only to personal use and does not cover products used for commercial / rental / industrial purposes.
9. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Improper use, accidents, drops, or disassembly
- Water exposure beyond rated resistance
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or rebuild
- Incorrect charging, wiring, or battery handling
- Damage from weather, natural disasters, or power surges
- Returning items without proper packaging protection
- Use by minors without adult supervision
- Failure to follow product manuals or safety guidelines
LiitoGo is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
loss of data, income, business, or personal property.
LiitoGo’s total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters through good-faith negotiation first.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection laws.
